Ingredients For fisherman's casserole

  • 1 box
    7 oz macroni - cooked
  • 1 can
    salmon
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas
  • 3
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta
  • salt
  • pepper

How To Make fisherman's casserole

  • 1
    Layer cooked macroni, salmon, frozen peas and eggs in pan.

    Sauce - saute onion in butter.
  • 3
    Add soup, milk, cheese, Velveeta, salt and pepper.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
