I found this recipe on a box of mjb rice in 1980. it is a keeper for sure. our family will eat their fish with this. xoxooxox :)

Ingredients For fisherman stroganoff

1 lbfish fillets

1/4 cbutter
-
1 lgonion, sliced thin

1 cupmushrooms fresh or canned

1 Tbsplime juice

1 tspsalt
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspdijon mustard
-
1 csour cream
How To Make fisherman stroganoff

1Cut fish into bite size pieces. In skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in butter till soft. remove from pan. Add fish and saute till done just a few minutes. Add back the onions and mushrooms to skillet.

2Combine lime juice, salt,worstershire sauce,mustard, and sour cream. Stir into fish mixture. heat thru and serve over rice. . I use the long grain and wild rice. it goes with it perfect, as does plain. xoxoxo
