Ingredients For fish

  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp
    flour (level spoon)
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    ground pepper & lemon pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    tarragon
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 2 Tbsp
    shreeded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 lb
    tilapia fillets

How To Make fish

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. In a small skillet, saute celery and onion in butter for 10 minutes until tender. Drop heat to low, and add salt, peppers, tarragon, garlic, lemon juice, basil, and flour. Mix for 5 minutes until thickened.

    Please fillets in 8 x 12 baking dish, and spoon sauce and cheese over fish. Bake for 12 minutes. Best served over rice.
