Broccoli flowers add an elegant touch to any dish. I really encourage you to add orange marmalade to your fish dishes. It really is quite good. Sometimes, I make a Marmalade Fish Almondine to die for!

How To Make fish with marmalade, sesame, and broccoli flowers
-
1After spraying your pan liberally, place it skin side of fish down.
-
2Then, sprinkle the flour over the fish.
-
3Follow by spreading marmalade and sprinkling garlic.
-
4Cover fish with broccoli flowers, tender stalks, and leaves. Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add dill.
-
5Pour wine around the rim of the pan.
-
6Sprinkle olive oil very liberally over the entire dish.
-
7Sprinkle sesame seeds and herb blend. The Pruners' Blend is whenever you prune your herbs, you dry them all together and pulverize. The blend was cilantro heavy this time.
-
8Cover very tightly with tin foil. Bake at 325F until fish is white and flaky.
-
9Serve with mint yogurt sauce and my wild rice mix.
