4 Tbspblack bean sauce

1 Tbspginger grated

3 clovegarlic minced

3 Tbspshaoxing wine

1/4 cchinese fermented black beans (optional)

1 tsptoasted sesame oil

1/4 csugar
- FOR THE FISH

2 lbfish fillets ( i used trout)

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspoil

1 mdonion sliced

1red bell pepper sliced

3 clovegarlic minced
How To Make fish in black bean sauce

1Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. Rub the cornstarch on the fish and set aside.

2Add the oil to a wok or large skillet. Add the onion, and red bell pepper and saute until softened. Add the garlic fish and reserved sauce. Cook until fish is done.

3Serve with rice
