Ingredients For fish and veggies

4-6 mdtalapia, filets,bout 3/4 pound

1 mdwhite onion ,1/2ed then sliced thin

1 smred pepper,sliced thin
-
1 tspdried celery leaves
-
1 ozmonterey jack cheese,grated

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fish and veggies
-
1line cookie sheet with extra long piece of foil[u want to be able to cover and seal fish] preheat over to 375
-
2use fresh or defrosted fish place on foil on cookie sheet slice onion than pepper over fish add celery over all put salt and pepper on

3seal foil well put in oven set timmer for 20 min remove from oven put some cheese on each piece of fish do not cover put back in oven til cheese melts bout 5 min serve fish with veggies as a side dish

4we had this with sweet tater fries and mango cubes

5NOTE: u can make this early in the day cover and put in fridge it gives fish better flavor from the veggies
