Ingredients For fillets in sour cream

  • 4 tsp
    butter
  • 2 lb
    haddock or fish of choice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs

How To Make fillets in sour cream

  • 1
    Place fillets in sprayed 2 qt. baking dish
  • 2
    Combine salt, Tabasco, paprika, sour cream and Parmesan and spread over fillets, covering them completely.

    Top with crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
