Ingredients For filet of snapper topped with veggies

  • 8 oz
    filet of snapper
  • 1 tsp
    salt free seasoning, like mrs. dash
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 sm
    yellow pepper,or any diced
  • sm
    tomato diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, divided
  • 1/2
    lemon

How To Make filet of snapper topped with veggies

    pat dry snapper, season both sides, set aside
  • 2
    in a small sauce pan, put half each butter and olive oil, saute the onions, tomatoes & peppers till soft a few minutes.
  • 3
    in a cast iron skillet ( or regular) add in the rest of the butter and olive oil, on med high cook filet 3 mins aside, top with the sauteed veggies.
