4 dozen bed raised Eastern Shore Oysters from my Sister-in-Law's Oyster bed in Lower Maryland. Steamed, shucked, Rock-a-feller'd, and just plain served with melted butter....OMG incredible 2 bite Oysters !!!!!

4 dozen lgfresh oysters in the shell (eastern shore)

1 stickland o lakes butter
-
1 pkgfresh baby spinach
-
1 pkgbacon, cooked
-
1 cfresh grated parmesan/asiago cheese

1 lgfresh lemon
How To Make father's day "oyster fest"

1Heat your grill to medium heat, add fresh oysters to a disposable aluminum roasting pan. Cover with 4 cups of water with the juice of 1 fresh lemon squeezed over the top, cover with foil and place on the grill for 20-30 minutes.

2While the oysters are steaming away, go ahead and fry your bacon and drain on paper towels. Save half of the bacon fat and saute your spinach until cooked, chop your cooked bacon and add to the spinach mixture, remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parmesan.

3Remove your oysters from the grill put on your trusty "shucking glove" and bust these bad boys (and girls)open save half for the butter sauce and half for the Rockefeller which I top with the spinach mixture and sprinkle liberally with more fresh parmesan.
