I have adapted this recipe from The Hungry Girl. It is low in fat and in sugar content but high in flavor. Since you use aluminum foil to wrap and cook your dinner there is no clean up, an added advantage!

How To Make fancy fish foil pack
-
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Tear off two strips aluminum foil, large enough to pull up and fold in on all sides. Spray with cooking spray and set aside. Lay 12 asparagus spears (with hard bottom ends cut off) in center of aluminum foil. Spray asparagus with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Place the piece of fish on top of asparagus. Take the cheese-herb spread and spread evenly over the fish covering the top of the fish completely. Fold and seal the top and bottom edges of the foil and then the sides edges to create a well-sealed packet. Place packets on a baking sheet and cook in the oven 20 minutes. Allow packet to cool slightly and then release steam before opening completely. Careful - steam will be hot.
