This recipe comes from my The best of Bisquick cookbook by Betty Crocker. I love making this simple dish for my family. Everyone loves it and works great for a meal served with a side salad. It is also inexpensive to make.

Ingredients For family size tuna melt

2 cbiscuit mix

1/3 cmayonnaise or salad dressing

1/3 cmilk

2 can6 1/2 ounces each, tuna drained

1/2 cfinely chopped celery

1/3 cmayonnaise or salad dressing

2 Tbspsweet relish

6slices of american cheese, or cheese of your liking
How To Make family size tuna melt

1Heat oven 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk. until soft dough forms.; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Kneed 10 times. Pat into rectangle, 12x8 inches, on greased baking sheet. Bake until light brown, Mix remaining ingredients and spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices and Bake until cheeses is melted. about 5 minutes.

2When I remove this from the oven I add tomato slices to the top of each serving.
