Ingredients For escalloped oysters

  • 1 pt
    fresh oysters
  • 1/4 lb
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    crushed soda crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make escalloped oysters

  • 1
    Mix butter and cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Arrange a layer of cracker mixture in casserole, then a layer of oysters, alternate ending with crumb mixture. Add milk. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
