Ingredients For easy seafood pot pie

  • 2 can
    cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1
    shallot diced fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sherry, or dry white wine
  • 1 lb
    lobster meat
  • 1 can
    jumbo lump crabmeat (picked through for shells)
  • 1/2 lb
    shrimp-cooked & diced
  • 1 pkg
    frozen puff pastry

How To Make easy seafood pot pie

    Preheat oven to 375 Allign ramekins or small tart pans on a cookie sheet.

    Saute shallots in butter until clear and fragrant. Add sherry or white wine and reduce by half. Add soups and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and seafood.

    Ladle seafood mixture into remekins and top with squares or circles of puff pastry. Bake until golden and bubbly..
