Ingredients For easy seafood pot pie

2 cancream of shrimp soup

1/2 cheavy cream
-
1shallot diced fine
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
3 Tbspsherry, or dry white wine

1 lblobster meat
-
1 canjumbo lump crabmeat (picked through for shells)

1/2 lbshrimp-cooked & diced
-
1 pkgfrozen puff pastry
How To Make easy seafood pot pie

1Preheat oven to 375 Allign ramekins or small tart pans on a cookie sheet.

2Saute shallots in butter until clear and fragrant. Add sherry or white wine and reduce by half. Add soups and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and seafood.

3Ladle seafood mixture into remekins and top with squares or circles of puff pastry. Bake until golden and bubbly..
