7.5 ozsalmon, canned

4 ozsaltine cracker crumbs

1onion, finely chopped

1egg

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 tspdill

2 tsppepper
How To Make easy mini-salmon burgers

1Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.

2Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.

3Form into 3\" x 1/2\" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.

4Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
