The Carolina Pilaf rice makes a great sticky rice. This rice come with it´s own seasoning. and the Salmon completes the dish.

Ingredients For dirty dancing salmon roll & carolina sticky rice

  • 1 pkg
    carolina pilaf rice
  • 3 pinch
    smokehouse maple seasoning for each roll
  • 1 slice
    4 inch by 4 inch slice of salmon for each roll.
  • 1 stalk
    spring onions
  • 2 fl
    coconut oil for frying
  • 2 pinch
    old bay seasoning
  • oz
    japanese ginger dressing for dipping
  • 2 c
    fish fry batter

How To Make dirty dancing salmon roll & carolina sticky rice

  • the plastic wrap makes rolling the salmon easy. sticky rice place on the slice of salmon

    The sticky rice, pre-soak for 4 hours-drain. Add 3 spoonfills of semame seeds. A cup of coconut milk and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil. refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Pre-roll salmon in plactic wrap that has been in the frige over night.

    Make a 4 by 4 inch slice of salmon for each roll. place slamon on a sheet of plastic wrap. Place a large teaspoon of rice on the slice of salmon. Roll with the plastic wrap. when finish rerigerate overnight. (smoñe house maple , and oldbay seasoning)

    What way that it is cook.is up to the preparea. I grill the roll in coconut oil

    Japanese ginger dressing for dipping, but this is a personal favorite but choose the sauce that´s you like.
  • The basics just add Terry Ho´s Ginger Dressing

    Once remove from the fridge the salmon rolls must be dip in a fish-fry coating.
