The Carolina Pilaf rice makes a great sticky rice. This rice come with it´s own seasoning. and the Salmon completes the dish.

1 pkgcarolina pilaf rice

3 pinchsmokehouse maple seasoning for each roll

1 slice4 inch by 4 inch slice of salmon for each roll.

1 stalkspring onions

2 flcoconut oil for frying

2 pinchold bay seasoning

ozjapanese ginger dressing for dipping

2 cfish fry batter
How To Make dirty dancing salmon roll & carolina sticky rice

1The sticky rice, pre-soak for 4 hours-drain. Add 3 spoonfills of semame seeds. A cup of coconut milk and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil. refrigerate for 3 hours.

2Make a 4 by 4 inch slice of salmon for each roll. place slamon on a sheet of plastic wrap. Place a large teaspoon of rice on the slice of salmon. Roll with the plastic wrap. when finish rerigerate overnight. (smoñe house maple , and oldbay seasoning)

3What way that it is cook.is up to the preparea. I grill the roll in coconut oil

4Japanese ginger dressing for dipping, but this is a personal favorite but choose the sauce that´s you like.

5Once remove from the fridge the salmon rolls must be dip in a fish-fry coating.
