Ingredients For curried coconut prawns

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 4 c
    coconut milk
  • hot curry powder to taste
  • 2 lb
    prawns, peeled, cleaned and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated coconut
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onions, sliced

How To Make curried coconut prawns

  • 1
    In a skillet, over medium heat, combine melted butter and flour. Add coconut milk and hot curry powder to taste. Stir with whisk until smooth.

    Add prawns that have been cleaned and quickly poached. Add coconut, parsley and onions. Stir and serve.
