Ingredients For crunchy salmon

    5-oz. salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 2 c
    canned french-fried onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    white balsamic vinegar

How To Make crunchy salmon

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking pan with foil. Brush each fillet with honey mustard and press french fried onions into the salmon so they stick. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cook through, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve. Makes 4 servings.
