Ingredients For crispy oven fish

  • 1 lb
    fish filets, your choice
  • 2 1/2 c
    crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice

How To Make crispy oven fish

    preheat oven at 400
  • 2
    combine mayo and 2 tabs. of lemon juice dip fish in remaining lemon juice then in mayo mix mix potato chips parmesan cheese and parsley coat fish arrange on greased baking dish bake 10 min till cripy
