4 (6 oz)flounder fillets

2 mdeggs

3 Tbsphoney mustard

2 croasted garlic instant potatoes flakes

1/2 cpeanut oil
How To Make crispy flounder fillets

1Mix eggs and mustard in shallow bowl.

2Place instant potatoes in another bowl.

3Heat oil on medium high heat.

4Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes.

5Fry the fish in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
