Ingredients For crispy flounder fillets

  • 4 (6 oz)
    flounder fillets
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 2 c
    roasted garlic instant potatoes flakes
  • 1/2 c
    peanut oil

How To Make crispy flounder fillets

    Mix eggs and mustard in shallow bowl.
  • 2
    Place instant potatoes in another bowl.
  • 3
    Heat oil on medium high heat.
  • 4
    Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes.
  • 5
    Fry the fish in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
