2 Tbspflour

1/2 tspcurry powder

1/8 tspcayenne

1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make crisp shrimp

1In a bowl stir together flour, curry powder, cayenne and salt to taste.

2Add shrimp to flour mixture, tossing to coat.

3In a large heavy skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and saute shrimp, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque throughout.

4Serve immediately.
