Since everyone loves shrimp in my family, I made this a while back. It was great. Make sure you add a nice garden salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients For creole shrimp saute'

1 Tbspitalian parsley, chopped

4 slicethick cut bacon
-
1 boxangel hair pasta (i prefer linguinne)

shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tbspblackening seasoning

1 cfresh pre-diced tomatoes

3/4 cwhite wine
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cscampi sauce
-
1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh
How To Make creole shrimp saute'

1Put water on to boil for pasta. Chop parsley. Cut bacon into bite size pieces.

2Place bacon in large saute' pan on medium high; cook and stir bacon for 5-7 minutes or until bacon is almost done. Cook pasta following instructions on box. Sprinkle shrimp with blackening seasoning and add to bacon. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, wine and pepper flakes. Cook 2-3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and opaque.

3Stir in Scampi sauce and lemon juice. Top with parsley and serve over pasta.
