One of my beach buddies, JoAnn, shared this recipe with me and I want to pass it on to those of you that like crab meat. Hope you enjoy this wonderful casserole. Yummers!

Ingredients For crabmeat au gratin

4 Tbspmelted butter
-
2 Tbspself-rising flour
-
1/4 pthalf & half (or canned milk)

1/4 cdry wine, drink the rest

1/2 lblump crab meat
-
salt & pepper to taste

1/8 tspold bay seasoning
-
1/2 csharp cheddar cheese (or more)
How To Make crabmeat au gratin

1Mix together the melted butter, flour & milk over low heat until thickened.

2Take off heat & stir in the wine. Now stir in the crab meat, salt, pepper & Old Bay.

3Pour into sprayed casserole dish & sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 20 to 30 minutes.
