An extremely easy and elegant way to serve crab. I put it into Scallop Shells I bought at a cooking store, but you can use ramekins also. Delicious and rich. I found this 35 years ago in Yankee Magazine!

Ingredients For crab with sherry in shells

2 cfresh crabmeat

2hardooked eggs- chopped

1 cmayonnaise

1 tspgrated onion

1 tspchopped parsley

1 cbuttered breadcrumbs

2 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspdry mustard

3 Tbspsherry
How To Make crab with sherry in shells

1Mix all the ingredients, reserving a half cup of the buttered breadcrumbs. Spoon mixture into scallop shells or ramekins and top with the remaining crumbs

2Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes
