Ingredients For crab pudding

8 csour dough bread diced

1 smdiced onions

2stacks small diced celery

1bulb small diced fennel
-
2 mdsmall diced carrots

2 clovecrushed garlic

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 lbcrab meat
-
2 Tbspchopped thyme
-
2 Tbspchopped parsley
-
6beatens eggs
-
4 c1/2 and 1/2 cream
-
1/2 tspdry mustard
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make crab pudding

1In a heavy skillet, heat the butter on medium heat until it stops foaming. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté until the onions begin to soften and become fragrant. (about 5 min) Add the garlic and thyme leaves and cook 1 more minute. Place veggie mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish and bake in a preheated 400-degree oven until browned and firm. ( about 25 min) Let rest about 10 min before serving.
