Ingredients For crab cakes

1 lblump crab meat, picked clean

1/3 cpanko bread crumbs

3green onions, sliced, green and white parts

1/2 cred bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 lgegg

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspdry mustard

1/2lemon, juiced
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt
-
1 dashcayenne pepper
-
1/2 coil, for frying
How To Make crab cakes

1In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil. Shape into patties and coat with extra bread crumbs. Pan fry in hot oil over medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
