Ingredients For clam fritter

1 cclams, diced

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dash of hot sauce

2eggs
-
oil

1 cflour
How To Make clam fritter

1Mix all ingredients, except oil.

2Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet until hot but not smoking.

3Drop batter, using 1/8 cup per pancake, into hot oil. Cook until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
