Ingredients For clam fritter

  • 1 c
    clams, diced
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 2
    eggs
  • oil
  • 1 c
    flour

How To Make clam fritter

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients, except oil.
  • 2
    Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet until hot but not smoking.

    Drop batter, using 1/8 cup per pancake, into hot oil. Cook until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
