- FOR THE POLLOCK

4skinless pollock filets

1 cbreadcrumbs

2 Tbsporange salt

2 Tbspparsley minced

How To Make citrus crusted pollock with orange salt

1To make the orange salt. With a peeler. Peel the zest off the orange carefully trying not to get the pith the white part. Place the zest and the salt in a mini food processor and process until mixed well. Set aside.

2Preheat oven 425 degrees. Spray a baking pan. Place the fish in the baking pan. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, and orange salt together.

3Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the fish. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over each of the filets.

4Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until browned.
