I'm starting to like fish more and more now that I realize you can pretty much do anything with it. I liked this a lot when my sister made it recently, hope you do too. I'll post a picture as soon as I make it at home :)

Ingredients For citrus chili tilapia

2tilapia fillets (about 4 oz each)

1-2 Tbspolive oil, light

1 Tbspchili powder, medium or hot, your choice

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 tspcumin, powdered

1 Tbspgrated orange zest
How To Make citrus chili tilapia

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Place the tilapia fillets in a glass baking dish and rub on all sides with the olive oil.

3In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin.

4Sprinkle the tilapia on both sides with the spice mixture and rub in well, then sprinkle orange zest over top.

5Bake in preheated oven until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
