1/2 cmelted butter

2 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make chippewa trout

1Salt the inside of the fish.

2Mix the sherry, melted butter and lemon juice.

3Place the dressed fish in a wide pan and cover with the marinade.

4Let stand for 1 hour.

5Wrap bacon around the fish and hold in place with skewers.

6Cook over a hot fire basting frequently.

7Cook until the bacon is crisp, turning only once.
