1 Tbspasian fish sauce

1 Tbspthai garlic chile paste

1/2 Tbspbaking splenda

1lime...juiced

3 clovegarlic...minced

3scallions... sliced

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

skim milk, enough to cover fish
How To Make chili lime red snapper filets

1soak the fish in skim milk for 30-60 minutes

2season fish w salt & pepper and dredge through the flour...in a non stick skillet heat 3 tb olive oil and saute the fish 5 minutes on each side...set aside

3boil for 1 minute the lime juice,water, garlic, scallions and splenda. add fish back to warm - then serve.
