2 lbcrawfish tails ( cooked)

1 stickbutter
-
2 cangolden mushroom soup
-
1/2 coil
-
1 smcan of tomatoe sauce
-
3stalks of celery ( chopped)
-
1 smwhite onions
-
1bell pepper ( chopped)
-
1 clovegarlic ( chopped)
-
1/2 cgreen onions ( chopped)
-
mushrooms (optional)
-
salt & pepper to taste
-
tony chachere's seasoning to taste
-
water ( desire consistancy )
How To Make charlene's easy crawfish etouffe'e
-
1Melt butter
-
2Saute' celery until tender
-
3Add white onion,bell pepper,and garlic until tender.

4Add mushroom soup, oil, and tomatoe sauce.
-
5Heat and add crawfish tails.
-
6Salt & pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste
-
7Simmer till bubbly and crawfish is hot.
-
8Add water to the consistancy
-
9Sprinkle green onions
-
10Serve and Enjoy !!!!
