Ingredients For charlene's easy crawfish etouffe'e

  • 2 lb
    crawfish tails ( cooked)
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 can
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 sm
    can of tomatoe sauce
  • 3
    stalks of celery ( chopped)
  • 1 sm
    white onions
  • 1
    bell pepper ( chopped)
  • 1 clove
    garlic ( chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    green onions ( chopped)
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • tony chachere's seasoning to taste
  • water ( desire consistancy )

How To Make charlene's easy crawfish etouffe'e

  • 1
    Melt butter
  • 2
    Saute' celery until tender
  • 3
    Add white onion,bell pepper,and garlic until tender.

    Add mushroom soup, oil, and tomatoe sauce.

    Heat and add crawfish tails.

    Salt & pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste

    Simmer till bubbly and crawfish is hot.

    Add water to the consistancy

    Sprinkle green onions
