2 cleftover cooked catfish

1 ccold mashed potatoes

1/4 conion, minced

2 tsplemon juice

2eggs, beaten

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cflour

1/2 coil
How To Make catfish fritters

1Combine all ingredients, except for the oil; mix well. Shape into patties; dredge in flour. Fry fish cakes in hot oil about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once; drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce.
