3/4 cheavy cream

2 Tbspcajun seasoning

1 lbcrawfish tails

How To Make cajun crawfish ettouffee

1Place oil in a large skillet. Add the peppers, onion and garlic. Saute about 5 minutes. Stir in the soup, cream, Cajun seasoning and tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes.

2Add the crawfish. Cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt. Garnish with green onions.

3Serve over rice
