Ingredients For cajun crawfish ettouffee

    olive oil
  • 1
    red bell pepper diced
  • 1
    green bell pepper diced
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • salt
  • green onions chopped for garnish
  • rice for serving

How To Make cajun crawfish ettouffee

  • 1
    Place oil in a large skillet. Add the peppers, onion and garlic. Saute about 5 minutes. Stir in the soup, cream, Cajun seasoning and tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes.

    Add the crawfish. Cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt. Garnish with green onions.
