  • FISH
  • 8
    bass fillets or any kind of white fish like cod, haddock,, etc..
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    yellow cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 12 oz
    amber beer
  • oil for deep frying
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 2 Tbsp
    creole brown mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cajun beer batter fish w creole mustard sauce

    Mix the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, salt, cajun seasoning and beer together.

    Dredge the fillets in the beer mixture and deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown about 4 minutes.

    Mix the ingredients for sauce together and serve with fish.
