1 cyellow cornmeal

1 Tbspbaking powder

2 tspsalt

1 1/2 Tbspcajun seasoning

12 ozamber beer
-
oil for deep frying
- SAUCE

1/2 cmiracle whip

2 Tbspcreole brown mustard

2 Tbsphoney

1 tspworcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cajun beer batter fish w creole mustard sauce

1Mix the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, salt, cajun seasoning and beer together.

2Dredge the fillets in the beer mixture and deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown about 4 minutes.

3Mix the ingredients for sauce together and serve with fish.
