I love catfish and this is very easy , for a fast meal. Be prepared for totally empty plates.

Ingredients For caftish parmesan

    fresh or frozen skined catfish thawed
  • 1/4 c
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    whole oregano
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    melted butted
  • 1 c
    dry breascrumbs
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    whole basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

How To Make caftish parmesan

  • 1
    pat fish dry with papper towles.
  • 2
    combine breas crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings; stir well.
  • 3
    dip catfish in butter, and roll each in bread crumb mixture.

    arrange fish on a well greased 13x9" baking pan. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easly when tested with a fork.

    garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
