Ingredients For caftish parmesan

6fresh or frozen skined catfish thawed

1/4 cfresh chopped parsley

1/2 tspwhole oregano
-
2 tspsalt

1/2 cmelted butted

1 cdry breascrumbs

3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tspwhole basil
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
lemon wedges and parsley for garnish
How To Make caftish parmesan

1pat fish dry with papper towles.

2combine breas crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings; stir well.

3dip catfish in butter, and roll each in bread crumb mixture.

4arrange fish on a well greased 13x9" baking pan. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easly when tested with a fork.

5garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
