- BROILED TILAPIA

4 lbfresh tilapia fillets ( or 12 4oz fillets)

4 tspfresh dill

4 tsppaprika

sea salt, to taste

ground black pepper, to taste

1lemon, cut into slices

4 tsplemon juice (from a second lemon),freshly squeezed
- CRANBERRY-HONEYMUSTARD SAUCE

16 ozfresh or frozen cranberries
-
2 corange juice,freshly squeezed

zest 2 oranges
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
6 Tbsphoney
-
6 Tbspdijon mustard
How To Make broiled tilapia with cranberry honey-mustard sauce

1FOR THE SAUCE: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat,cook cranberries,orange juice,zest and vanilla,about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low,stirring occasionally, and cook until thickened and reduced, about 20 minutes.

2Remove from heat,whisk in honey and Dijon mustard. Serve over Tilapia.

3FOR THE BROILED TILAPIA: Preheat broiler to high.

4Place fillets in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with dill and paprika. Add salt and pepper, to taste, if desired. Lay slices of lemon in the middle of each fillet.

5Place baking dish 5 to 6 inches away from broiler. Broil fish for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through,but still moist. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve topped with Cranberry-Honey Mustard Sauce. Try garnished with dill,if desired.
