Ingredients For broiled tilapia fillets

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspbutter, softened

1 Tbspplus 1-1/2 tsp lite mayonnaise

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/8 tspdried basil
-
1/8 tsponion powder

1/8 tspcelery salt
-
1 lbtilapia fillets
How To Make broiled tilapia fillets

1Preheat broiler. Place foil on broiler pan, spray foil w/ cooking spray.

2Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil 2-3 min. Flip fillets over and broil 2 mins.

3In small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season w/ bail, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well. Remove fillets from oven. Cover fillets evenly w/ parmesan mix, on top of fish only. Broil 2 min, or until fish flakes easily.
