I never had good luck trying to broil or bake fish in my oven so I thought that I would try my luck with my air fryer. The fish came out perfect, so tender and flaky and it was so easy! The air fryer seemed to bring out the flavors perfectly and I didn't have to add butter, just a light spritz of oil. It was every bit as good as any that I've had in a restaurant. Just add your favorite veggies or salad and you have a perfect low calorie meal for those times when you want to watch your weight. Enjoy!
