You can use perch, cod, whiting, or any other raw fish that comes in filets.

Ingredients For broiled orange roughy

  • orange roughy; enough for one filet each.
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1-2 tsp
    concentrated lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make broiled orange roughy

  • 1
    Let fish thaw then place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • 2
    Mix melted butter and lemon juice together. Spread over each filet with a brush or spoon.

    Set oven temperature to broil and insert the baking sheet. After two minutes, pull out the baking sheet and turn over filets. Baste with lemon butter. Re-insert into the oven and broil until tender and flaky.
