1 1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

3-3 mdtomatoes, chopped

1/4 lbbutter, melted

1 cgrated kasseri cheese
How To Make broiled flounder with kasseri and tomatoes

1Preheat broiler. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

2Place fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with grated onion, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Drizzle the butter over the fillets.

3Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and broil 2 minutes more. Serve immediately.
