1rainbow trout, cleaned with head and tail on

fresh sage leaves

fresh thyme
-
rosemary
-
parsley

1 slicebacon

butter
How To Make brithyll a chig moch (trout and bacon)

1Wrap the fish in a long rasher (slice) of bacon.

2Enclose in foil and bake in a hot oven for around 25-30 minutes.

3Open top of foil and shape like a boat, paint with a little butter and serve with boiled potatoes and plain fresh vegetables.
