  • vegetable oil

    bourbon
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 2/3 Tbsp
    ginger
  • 2/3 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp
    garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 oz
    sesame oil

    Place salmon in large shallow dish; cover with vegetable oil.
