Ingredients For bob's scollops sauted with grapes and pine nuts.

  • 1/2 lb
    scollops
  • 2 tsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    brown suger
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    good white wine
  • 1/2 c
    fresh seedless grapes
  • 2 Tbsp
    pine nuts
  • lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

How To Make bob's scollops sauted with grapes and pine nuts.

    In a cast iron skillet, sauté scallops in butter and onions for about 2-3 minutes.. add brown sugar, mustard, wine, and grapes.. Toss till onions are cooked how you want them and scallops are coated with pan sauce.. Don't over cook scallops. Put scallops on plates sprinkle with pine nuts garnish with lemons and parsley..
