Found this recipe in our news paper. I tried it and made some of my own changes to it to make it even better... It has been a big hit at our house..

Ingredients For bob's fiery buffalo shrimp with celery sticks

1 lblarge shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/3 tspcayenne pepper, more if you like it hotter.

1 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspdiced or crushed tomatoes

1 clovegarlic minced

1pearl onion,diced

1 Tbsphoisin sauce

1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of real butter,(divided use

10stalks of celery

2 Tbspblue cheese dressing,reduced-fat
How To Make bob's fiery buffalo shrimp with celery sticks

1Wash and pat dry shrimp.. Mix honey, cayenne pepper, vinegar, hoisin sauce, tomatoes, garlic, and onion together to make a smooth sauce.. Heat 2 teaspoons of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.(I use a cast iron skillet.) Add sauce to the skillet. on med-heat Add shrimp and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, turning once or until shrimp starts to turn pink. Remove from pan.. and set on a plate..

2Add remaining butter and heat gently. add shrimp back into the pan. Heat for about 20-25 seconds. Remove to 2 plates..

3Wash and cut celery into 6 inch pieces.. Divide between the 2 plates and drizzle with blue cheese dressing...
