1 Tbsplemon, juiced

1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

1/4 tspgrated lemon peel

1 dashhot pepper sauce
How To Make bob's barbequed salmon

1Combine the sauce ingredients stirring thoroughly.

2Generously brush both sides of the salmon steaks with mixture.

3Barbeque on a well oiled grill over hot coals.

4Make a tent of foil or use barbeque cover and place over salmon.

5Barbeque 6-8 minutes per side depending on the thickness of your steaks.

6Baste frequently.

7Turn once, brushing with sauce.

8Steaks should flake easily when tested with a fork.
