I just started cooking Tilapia lately. I never even heard of the fish until my uncle introduced me to it; it has a good taste and healthy for you to. I hope you all like the recipe.

Ingredients For beer battered tilapia

  • 1 - 2 lb
    tilapia -- or fish of your choice
  • 1 can
    coors light
  • 2 c
    corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp
    tony chachere's creole seasoning
  • canola oil

How To Make beer battered tilapia

  • 1
    Let your fish soak in beer for at least 2 hours.
  • 2
    Mix your Seasoning and Corn Meal.
  • 3
    Shake excess beer off and roll in batter.
  • 4
    Fry fish in pr-heated oil on medium heat until crispy.
