Ingredients For beer batter for fish

  • 2/3 c
    beer(any brand)
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    self rising flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make beer batter for fish

    Mix the beer,lemon juice,egg and self rising flour in a large mixing bowl.Whisk until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.Let stand at room temp for 10 minutes before using.
