Ingredients For bay scallops gratin

3 Tbspbutter, softened

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1-2shallots, minced
-
4-5 slicesbacon, cooked and crumbled

1 Tbspparsley flakes

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
6 Tbsppanko bread crumbs

3 Tbspwhite wine

1 lbscallops
How To Make bay scallops gratin

1Preheat oven to 425.

2In a bowl combine butter, garlic, shallots, bacon, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
While mixing add olive oil and fold in panko. Set aside -
3Wash and dry scallops. Add wine to bottom of 9x9 baking dish
Arrange scallops on top
Spread panko mixture evenly over top of scallops -
4Bake 10-12 mins or until golden brown
