Ingredients For bay scallops gratin

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1-2
    shallots, minced
  • 4-5 slices
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp
    panko bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    white wine
  • 1 lb
    scallops

How To Make bay scallops gratin

    Preheat oven to 425.

    In a bowl combine butter, garlic, shallots, bacon, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. While mixing add olive oil and fold in panko. Set aside

    Wash and dry scallops. Add wine to bottom of 9x9 baking dish Arrange scallops on top Spread panko mixture evenly over top of scallops

    Bake 10-12 mins or until golden brown Serve immediately
