i came up with this recipe by mistake and ended up loving it..

Ingredients For barbequed fish
-
1 lbflounder[or any fish u like]

1/2 cbotted barbeque sauce with hickory flavor
-
1 cansugar free maderin oranges,drained..save juice
-
1 1/2 corange juice, unsweetened
-
1 tspdried onions
-
1 tspdried green onion
-
1 Tbspdried red/green bell peppers
-
1/2 Tbspminced dried garlic
-
several turns of fresh ground pepper
-
1 bunchfresh parsley chopped well
How To Make barbequed fish

1drain orange...put them in small bowl...cove an refrigerate til servin time

2mix juice from oranges ,the unsweetened oj all the spices in gallon size freezer bag add fish....turn to coat all fish.... put in fridge and turn bout every 10 minutes for an hour......

3spray cookie sheet with no stick spray... remove each piece of fish from juice an place skin side down on sheet

4bake at 400 for 7-11 minutes.remove from oven turn fish over put on more oj sauce return to oven bake bout 10 mintues more

5chop parsley lightly stir in oranges serve each piece of fish with parsley/orange topping
