- MARINADE:

- FISH:

6 - 6 oz.salmon fillets

salt & pepper, to taste
- GLAZE:

1 choney
-
1/2 cbourbon
-
4 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
-
1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/8 tspsalt
How To Make balsamic honey bourbon glazed salmon

1Whisk bourbon & honey; mix well.

2Place fish in resealable plastic bag set in bowl. Place fish in & pour over marinade. Marinade in refrigerator (skin side up) for overnight for flavors to marry. Discard marinade.

3In small bowl, combine mix honey, bourbon, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic & salt. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to marry as well.

4Season flesh side of fillets with salt; place skin side down in a shallow baking pan.

5Roast at 500 degrees F. for 5 minutes.

6Drizzle 1 Tbsp glaze over each fillet.

7Roast at 500 degrees F. for 3 - 5 minutes.

8Remove salmon to serving plates & drizzle 1 Tbsp remaining glaze over each fillet.
